Known as Ramato style, this method, traditionally used in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region, creates a unique copper-colored wine that is both distinctive and whimsical.

Sovi's 2023 Sparkling Orange wine is a first of its kind for NA wine. Their intention is that with each rambunctious, soulful pour, The Wild Child will fling the door open to adventurous, live-in-the-moment memory making and pairing possibilities.
